Child Protection Forms
Every team member needs to sign a child protection form before embarking on a StormCo trip. If your team members have signed one previously and you still have a copy then you don't have to them sign one again.

Insurance Applications
The North New South Wales Conference provides insurance for teams that participate in StormCo trips and events.

Form 1 is the StormCo Insurance Application
(this insurance is at no cost to your team, for what this covers EMAIL us)
Form 2 is a Public Liablity Application
(this is at no cost to your team, send to address on application form)
Form 3 is an Extra Risks (Blanket Cover) Application
(Insurance for equipment you may want insured on your trip, the insurance premium is charged to your team)
Form 4 is an Extra Risks (Specific Cover) Application
(Insurance for equipment you may want insured on your trip, the insurance premium is charged to your team)
Form 5 Is an Incident Form (to be filled out if a team member hurts themselves)

(Note: Some Local Councils require you to have your own Public Liablity Insurance before they will let you do a project on their property so check this out before hand. Please note that Public Liablity Forms take two weeks to process.
