Budgets
Youth Ministries subsidises North NSW StormCo trips each year with an amount of money. For that money to given each team must submit a budget to Youth Ministries. Below is an example of a budget that Youth Ministries required.

Further, teams that are approved by the North New South Wales Conference are elegible for annual funding for their trip. For elegibility the following requirements need to be met: 1. Formal approval from the North New South Wales Conference 2. Attendance to the North New South Wales StormCo Training events 3. Submission of a detailed Budget for your planned trip 4. For your own protection, agreement that your church, school or College treasurer will audit your accounts upon return from your trip. Funds can either be placed directly into your bank account or a cheque can be drawn. It is preferable that funds be transfered to your church, school or college account then remitted to you by your treasurer/accountant.

Banking
Some Wespac Banks offer free fee accounts to non profit organisations such as StormCo teams. We can provide you with a letter of intention that you can take to the bank if you are interested in opening an account for your StormCo team.
